Billboards
I hate billboards. I think that for the most part, they are trashy looking and don't convey good messages. Maybe I just have a bad opinion of them because all the ones driving through Vegas are pretty bad, but I guess there are some good ones. I do like the one on the way to S.L that has a kid in work clothes holding a sign that says " dad- be careful out there." I think that board holds a good message. Besides the one with the temple and a few others, I'm really not a fan. I don't think we need to be bombarded on the highway with multiple messages, some of which could be very distracting. It just gives drivers one more reason to look away from the road and not pay attention to what they were doing in the first place-- driving 70mph next to tons of other cars.

Matt and I were laughing at the idea of using your car as an advertisement- have you seen those? It's like their whole car has a giant advertisement sticker all over it. I never remember what they're advertising, just how ridiculous it looks. Maybe they can write their vehicle off as a business expense???
ReplyDeleteI also am annoyed with billboards...especially since it seems like all the ones from here to Salt Lake are advertising things like liposuction. Like we need any more women with body image problems...
