Olympic tragedy

Was anyone startled by the fact that NBC showed live footage of the young luge ( don't know how to spell it) rider's tragic death? I couldn't believe it! I guess it is the news, and we have a right to a certain extent to know what's going on but it was pretty terrible to see it on live T.V. Yes, there was a warning, but I think it would have been a lot easier for people who really wanted to see the footage to go online and look it up yourself. At least you may be more prepared for what you're about to see. So sad.
